Adsense is huge network and they have 200 000+ active publishers.
It’s getting even bigger day by day and that’s because it’s one of the easiest ways to make money online with your website.
If you are in this network you already know that they are strict, very strict.
And if you do even a small mistake they will not even think about it, they will ban you ASAP.
Do I use Adsense?
– Yes, on 60 niche sites, and it’s my primary income source.
I never got banned from Adsense, and I have 7 years old account.
How to avoid Google Adsense Ban?
First thing first, you need to take care of your site, you need to know what is on your site, everything about copyright protection and illegal activities and then you should read Adsense policies, beginners guide.
There are million ways why you can get banned from Adsense program, but I will try to cut that to 5 most common ban reasons in last few years.
If you follow these 5 rules you will not get banned from Adsense for sure.
5 Most Common Adsense Ban Reasons
Adsense publishers trust this program, because Adsense is shitproof.
They will ban every site that is not ‘right’ and if your site has some of these problem you should get rid of them in no time, because Adsense sometimes do not ban you when they notice some problem on your website.
They sometimes put you on ‘zoom’ so they can track your website for few days, weeks and even months, and when they get sure that you work against some of their Terms they will ban you.
1. Click Fraud
This is one thing that will make Adsense crazy and they will ban you in 2 seconds.
Click fraud bans are I think most common ones, and 70% of banned users are banned because of this.
Google has great tracking system for ads, clicks, your browser, your web activities and everything else.
Google knows everything and you can’t hide anything from them.
If you clicked on your ad from some Internet caffe in Indonesia and you just logged in into your Instagram account there you are done, and if you try to send links to friends for them to click on your ads, Google will also know that.
So, do not try anything like that.
Even if you click on your ad by mistake, contact Adsense support and tell them that this click was accident, I know this is funny, but if you want to make money with them you need to know how to deal with them.
2. Porn and Nulled scripts
Google will never ever tolerate porn content ( photos, videos, gifs ) and they will probably ban you in few hours from posting this content.
You can upload photos with tits and ass covered with something or covered in Photoshop.
If you are going to make porn website you have to be sure that your Hosting allows you that, because 98% of them don’t.
Next thing you have to do is to find some ad network that will allow you to put their ads on this site.
Best solution for this are Popup networks or URL shortners.
Just like warez-nulled scripts, themes or softwares, you shouldn’t upload them on your website because Adsense will react in no time.
3. Copyright violations
Basically this is everything copied from some other websites where they copyrighted this content.
If you copy content from other sites and if you do that quite often Adsense will ban you for sure!
You can copy few sentences from time to time, and you can copy non watermarked images in 95% of times.
Also you should not copy other sites Logos, designs, post titles, and that’s basically it about this one.
4. Ad placement
Do not place ads on weird places, like instead of your logo, or in your sidebar between Related posts to attract visitors to click there.
Remember, if Adsense suspect that there is something weird with your site, they will send someone to manually check it.
Do not use floating scripts to show Adsense ads.
Do not put ads in popup or any other script that can make visitors uncomfortable with your website.
Do not force users to Click on ad to unlock something.
5. Multiple accounts and other networks
There is one more thing that you just can’t do if you want your account to stay healthy.
You shouldn’t make more accounts from same IP and put 20 ad units on one site and force visitor to click somewhere, this is wrong and Adsense knows that, so they will ban you.
Also, you can’t use every network on the same website with Adsense.
You can use some of them, but I wouldn’t use any of them with Adsense, but if you have to do that, first contact Adsense support and ask them about that network and ask them will they allow Adsense + that network on the same page.
